The practices in the Path of Deliberate Rigour include breathing exercises (pranayam) and yogic exercises with other spiritual practices. The Kundalini energy lives in the subtle body, along with the chakras & the nadis. The subtle body also contains our energetic imprints, our mind, and patterns of energies plus any emotional blocks. Kundalini is a Sanskrit word which literally means coiled.
